1What is Virtual Assistant?
Ans: A Virtual Assistant commonly known as VA is a qualified employee hired by us and will work dedicatedly for each and every client according to client’s requirement; he or she will work as a client’s own employee but remotely.
2How can I hire VA?
Ans: Just send us email or fill the contact form so that our marketing team can connect you within 3 working hours.
3Do you provide any free trail?
Ans: Yes, we do provide free trial but it depends on the type of package selected by you as listed in our plans and pricing page.
4How do I contact my VA?
Ans: Email: each VA at Verito Assistance have their own email id for communicating with their respective client.
Instant Message (IM): Skype is our main IM/Telephone/Screen Sharing Tool. We can also install most other IM clients per your request (e.g. Google chat, MSN Messenger, AIM, Slack etc.)
5When do I make payment?
Ans: For trail period you don’t need to pay but after trail period you you will be charged the prorated portion of the remaining month. You will then be charged on the first of every month and VA services will be provided until the end of the month.
6What all are the methods to make payment?
Ans: A valid credit or debit card is required to be on file and is charged on the 1st day of every month (excluding the first month). If payment is not successfully processed by the 3rd day of the month, we reserve the right to discontinue the service until the account made the required pending payment.
7Can I change my plan at any time?
Ans:Yes, you can upgrade as well as downgrade any plan only after 5 days prior notice.
Upgarde : If you are going to upgrade any plan then you will have to pay outstanding amount for the current month according to the selected package.
Downgrade: If you are going to downgrade any plan then you can either request for return the outstanding balance according to package for the current month or you can allow to use that amount for the next month.
8Do you have Non-Disclosure agreement?
Ans: Yes indeed!! We would always want you to be at peace of mind when it comes to data security.
9How is my data secured?
Ans: We adhere to the Data Protection Act requirements, for more in details you can check out our privacy policy page.
10Do I have to commit for a certain period?
Ans: Absolutely No, but all we know is that, “If you like our services and quality, we would always be your first choice.”
11What to do if I want to stop or cancel my contract?
Ans: You can stop or cancel your subscription at any stage as we don’t impose any contract with our clients, but you are requested to send an formal intimation to our CEO at, at least 7 days prior to cancel the services. For more details please refer our refund policy.
12Does unused hour can be carry forward?
Ans: Only for hourly plan; unused hours can be carry forward for maximum 3 months.
13Where is the company and operation located?
Ans: The company is based in India. The head office and operations department are in Rajasthan, India.
