At Verito Assistance, we value the trust you place in us and strive to provide high-quality virtual assistant services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may request refunds. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms below.
- Free Trial
- No payment is required during the free trial period.
- Once the trial ends, regular billing begins as per the selected plan.
- Refund Eligibility
- Service Cancellation: If you choose to discontinue services, you may request a refund for any unused portion of prepaid hours/days, provided cancellation is made with at least fifteen (15) days’ prior written notice.
- Plan Downgrade: In case of downgrading your plan, the unused balance for the current billing cycle may either be refunded or adjusted toward your next invoice, as per your preference.
A 10-day notice is required for adjusting toward the next invoice, while a 15-day notice is required for getting a refund.
- Service Issues: If you encounter significant service issues that cannot be resolved despite a couple of escalations, a prorated refund may be issued after internal review.
- Payment Issue : If you make a double payment or overpayment, the refund will be issued or can be adjusted in the next billing cycle, as per your preference.
- Non-Refundable Payments
The following are non-refundable:
- Payments related to completed work or hours already used.
- Transaction fees or bank/third-party charges (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Wise).
- One-time setup or administrative fees (if applicable).
- Any subscription fees incurred in relation with third-party tools and applications.
- For monthly plans (Full Day/Half Day), if the total utilized hours are less than 160 hours (Full Day) or 80 hours (Half Day), no refund will be provided for the unused hours.
- Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sameer@veritoassistance.com
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate payment details to ensure smooth processing.
- Contract-Free Flexibility
Verito Assistance does not enforce long-term contracts. Clients may cancel services at any time by providing 15 days’ advance written notice. Refunds will be calculated only for unused prepaid services beyond the notice period.
Example:
Suppose you are on a monthly plan of 160 hours starting on 1st of the month and you decide to cancel on 10th of the month.
You provide the required 15 days’ notice, meaning your services will continue until the 25th of the month.
Now for the refund process we will calculate the unused hours/days after 25th of the month and issue a prorated refund for that balance.
This ensures fairness for both clients and assistants while keeping plans flexible
- Policy Updates
Verito Assistance reserves the right to update or revise this Refund Policy at any time. All modifications will be published on our official website and communicated to existing clients via emails. Continued use of our services after such updates will be deemed as acceptance of the revised policy.
