We may collect the following types of information:

• Service Cancellation: If you choose to discontinue services, you may request a refund for any unused portion of prepaid hours/days, provided cancellation is made with at least fifteen (15) days’ prior written notice.
• Plan Downgrade: In case of downgrading your plan, the unused balance for the current billing cycle may either be refunded or adjusted toward your next invoice, as per your preference. A 10-day notice is required for adjusting toward the next invoice, while a 15-day notice is required for getting a refund.
• Service Issues: If you encounter significant service issues that cannot be resolved despite a couple of escalations, a prorated refund may be issued after internal review.
• Payment Issue: If you make a double payment or overpayment, the refund will be issued or can be adjusted in the next billing cycle, as per your preference.
