General
Plans & Trials
- Upgrade: Pay the outstanding balance for the current month based on your new package.
- Downgrade: Request a refund of the unused balance or apply it toward the following month.
No long-term commitment is required. We offer flexible monthly plans so you can hire a virtual assistant as per your business needs. If you wish to discontinue, simply provide fifteen (15) days’ prior notice.
Yes. For hourly plans, unused hours may be carried forward for up to two months (2), ensuring you get maximum value from your virtual assistant package.
Communication
- Email: Every client receives a unique email ID to communicate directly with their assigned VA.
- Instant Messaging (IM): Skype is our primary IM, call, and screen-sharing tool. On request, we also support Google Chat, Slack, and other messaging platforms.
Payments & Billing
- Trial Period: No payment is required during the free trial.
- Post-Trial: After the trial, a prorated fee is charged for the remaining days of the month.
- Billing Cycle: Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month, with payment due by the 5th. Virtual assistant services continue until month-end.
We accept PayPal, Stripe, Wise, and bank transfers. Please note: transaction charges (except for bank transfers) must be borne by the client.
If your project or tasks require the use of specific third-party tools, software, or subscriptions, the cost of those tools must be covered by the client. Verito Assistance does not purchase or maintain licenses for client-specific tools unless agreed in writing.
